By connecting students with critical resources, Project Rebound constructs an alternative to the revolving door policy of mass incarceration and increases community strength and safety.

Project Rebound is a community of transformation, equity, and opportunity that supports formerly incarcerated individuals as they navigate higher education and reentry through holistic services, academic guidance, and personal empowerment.
