Your Pre-Doctoral Journey Begins at the CSU
The California Pre-Doctoral Program is designed to increase diversity within the pool of university faculty by supporting the doctoral aspirations of students in the ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ System (CSU). The program awards funds to a limited number of juniors, seniors and graduate students in the CSU system.

The ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ (CSU) Chancellor's Doctoral Incentive Program (CDIP) offers financial loans to promising doctoral students who intend to apply for future CSU instructional faculty positions. Participants also benefit from mentorship by a CSU faculty member.
