Student conduct violations are behaviors that include, but are not limited to, alcohol, disorderly conduct, drugs, hazing, harassment, physical violence, or other violations of university policies, regulations, or rules. General classroom misbehavior is considered a student conduct violation, as well. To report all student misconduct, (including violations of policy related to COVID-19), please use our online .

The Academic Integrity reporting form is used to report all acts of academic dishonesty. Academic Dishonesty takes place when student engages in acts that obtain an unfair academic advantage. These violations include cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, aiding in the academic dishonesty of others, or falsifying data, records, and information related to the university. Report Discrimination, Harassment, Dating/Domestic Violence, or Sexual Misconduct

Violations of CSU’s policies against discrimination or harassment include dating/domestic violence, stalking, and sexual misconduct/assault, as well as discrimination and harassment on the basis of age, disability (physical and mental), gender (or sex), gender identity (including transgender), gender expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, nationality, race or ethnicity (including color or ancestry), religion (or religious creed), sexual orientation, sex stereotype, and veteran or military status. Faculty, staff, students, and guests are encouraged toÌýuse the to report student behavior that is concerning, disruptive, or indicates a student may be in distress. For guidance on what types of situations are appropriate for referral, please visit the Toro CARE referral page and review the information on when to refer a student.

Hazing is any conduct that subjects another person to humiliation, degradation, abuse, intimidation, harassment, or endangerment of mental or physical health or safety as a condition of association with a group, regardless of willingness to participate. Hazing by groups, individuals, or alumni is prohibited. Apathy or acquiescence in the presence of hazing is also a violation.

ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ maintains a strict stance against hazing. It is against the law, violates university policy, and is inconsistent with the institution's values. Hazing is not recognized as a function of any co-curricular activity, student organization, or campus program.

Students, parents, faculty, staff, and community members may submit a report. Reports are routed to the appropriate campus administrators and handled confidentially. You are not required to provide your name or contact information. The university reviews and investigates all reports.

ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ has a Basic Needs program which includes access to emergency housing, Toro Food Pantry, and the student health services on campus. To refer a student facing any food and/or housing insecurity issues, please use the online .
