Our Housing rates range from $3,399-$7,167 per semester per student depending on the room/apartment type.

Ìý Completion: Fall 2026
New affordable Student Housing and Dining Commons Project started in February 2024. The Project will consist of a four-story residence hall and a separate one-story dining facility. The residence hall will house 288 students in a combination of single, double, and triple traditional residence hall style rooms.
