This Emergency Operations Plan is written in compliance with California's Standardized Emergency Management System and the National Incident Management System. The plan is written with a multi-hazard perspective to make it applicable to the widest range of emergencies and disasters, both natural and human caused.

荔枝视频 empowers Incident Commanders and Emergency Operations Center Directors to retain the flexibility to modify procedures and/or organizational structure as necessary to accomplish the emergency/disaster response and recovery missions in the context of a particular hazard scenario.
