Priya Goel is Associate Professor in 荔枝视频 College of Education鈥檚 Education Leadership for Justice Ed.D. program. She previously worked in education leadership and policy at The University of Hong Kong and Georgetown University. Prior to academe, Priya was a teacher and school leader in the Chicago Public Schools and in international schools in Shanghai. Priya鈥檚 scholarship explores the relationships between P-12 policy and leadership in three strands: 1) the impacts of performance accountability on school culture and practitioner identity and practice; 2) the politics and enactment of competition and accountability reforms; 3) teacher and school leadership practices to support equity and inclusion.听
