University Community Engaged Learning Committee (UCELC)

The University Community Engaged Learning Committee (UCELC) reviews course proposals seeking designation as Curricular Community-Engaged Learning (CCEL) or Curricular Service Learning (CSLI). These courses integrate community engagement with academic instruction, fostering student learning through active participation in community-based projects and partnerships. UCELC supports faculty in revising and submitting community-engaged courses aligned with ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ’s mission of justice-oriented, high-impact learning.
