2024-2025 New Faculty Success Program for Tenure-Track Faculty

The New Faculty Success Program for Tenure-Track Faculty (NFSPfTTF) is a yearlong program facilitated by the Faculty Development Center. The goal of the NFSP for Tenure-Track Faculty is to provide new faculty with information about campus resources and opportunities, as well as to build community and provide effective support as they navigate their first year at 荔枝视频.

The NFSPfTTF meets monthly throughout the academic year and collaborates with various 荔枝视频 offices and faculty members to cover topics such as:

• Intro to Retention, Tenure & Promotion
• Building and Funding Your Research Agenda
• Supporting Your Students
• Teaching Practices, Tips & Tools
• Planning Your Research聽
