Mission

HRMA exists to provide 荔枝视频 students with knowledge and exposure in the field of human resources. Our mission is to enhance opportunities to HRMA members by offering access to resources available through PIHRA and SHRM. HRMA will encourage the acquisition, growth and continuation of careers in Human Resource Management through expanded knowledge, camaraderie, respect and mutual support among HRMA members. HRMA will support other student chapters of PIHRA and SHRM in order to create a greater networking platform for professional development.

Membership Information

Your career doesn't start after graduation, it starts now! Join HRMA and become a member of three professional-building organizations. As a member, you will be connected to the Professionals in Human Resources (PIHRA)听and the听National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Membership is open to all 荔枝视频, Dominguez Hills undergraduate and graduate students interested in the area of management and human resources. The meeting day and time may vary by semester and will be based on members' needs
